About

Aether Wars is a strategic card game of unit management and row-based combat for two or more players. Each player commands an army led by a unique Leader, using cards to summon units, cast spells, and shape the battlefield.

Aether Wars is divided into 3 rows for each player. Each player may play and move units across their rows, tactically laying out your units among these rows is the key to victory!
In Aether Wars, cards are played by placing resource cards into your rows. When playing a card, you must use shrines in the row you wish to play that card.
Aether Wars features summons you may play from your deck, but also features starting and recurring units called recruits. These recruits represent your standing army and can always be called back.
In Aether Wars, the objective is to destroy your opponent’s leader. Leaders sit on the battlefield and participate in combat, carve through your opponent’s army to deliver your finishing blow.

Order

Order is the magic of kings—rooted in discipline and tradition, it restricts the battlefield, empowers loyal recruits, and turns structure into a strategic advantage.
Chaos

Chaos is the magic of revolution—igniting the battlefield with explosive spells, relentless soldiers, and disruptive tactics that punish order and reward constant upheaval.
